(I'm very bad at writing these so bear with me)

Can Charles read your characters mind?
Can he alter their memories? (example: erase certain memories or retrieve memories your character has lost)
Can he alter your characters perception (make him/a group appear invisible or different, like wearing a dress or something)?
Can he control your characters actions at any point? (used for specific occasions/events)

EDIT: ALL OF THIS, OF COURSE, WILL BE BROUGHT UP OOC'LY BEFORE I DO THE THING.

Yes to all of the above! I'd like to be poked ahead of time over anything really major, but otherwise have at it.

Oh yes, of course! That goes without saying but I should absolutely put that in the main post. I am so bad at permissions, I'm not used to playing characters with powers that need permission posts.
