Does your school have anyone familiar with biotics?

I'm afraid not, for the moment. Though I keep hope that I may see more members of the school staff at some point. I can study up on it though if it is pressing.

I've heard it's similar to telekinesis if you have anyone who can do that.

We do, one person. She is still a student but I'm sure she'd be a great help either way.

The last person who worked with me didn't have biotics at all, just trained with a partner who did, so student or not she'll be better.

Do I enrol with you or just go straight to her?

I'm sure she will be.

You're welcome to join us at the school if you like but I would recommend contacting Jean before approaching her. I would hate to drop this into her lap without warning or agreement.

Does Jean have a last name? And do I tell her you sent me?

Jean Grey and by all means. I imagine she might be more comfortable if you do, rather than having someone randomly contacting her.

Why?

Everyone who has some kind of ability, it evolves, grows, differently. It's a wonderful experience to meet new people who have abilities and see how they work. And sometimes, seeing that can help other students.

[It's a good thing she doesn't have a concept of nerdiness, because otherwise this would be the nerdiest thing she's heard.]

How would it help?

[Though the abruptness could come across as sarcastic, it's a genuine question.]

[She wouldn't be wrong. He's definitely a nerd.]

Seeing how someone else is controlling their abilities can sometimes give ideas on how to control you own.
